"Upscale sophisticated positive-energy music that will naturally bring in a following of upscale, sophisticated positive-energy clientele."

 Lori "Lady L"

After cultivating her professional career abroad, Lori is excited about coming back to her musical roots in the Great White North.  Having established herself as a solo artist on both the studio and stage circuit, she has toured extensively throughout North America including stints as the soulful National Anthem vocalist in almost every major arena throughout the USA for both major league baseball and the NFL.  Her passion and energy for the music is undeniably contagious.  Skeleton in the closet:  featured vocalist and writer of several World Wrestling Federation entrance themes.

  Peter "Ringo"

A drumming career that has led Peter on an interesting path of a multitude of
genres and playing styles, includes;

bulletFounder and owner of Drum Shack Drum and Teaching Studio;
bulletOrchestra Pit player for theater and musicals;
bulletTouring Top 40 and Contemporary player;
bulletJingles producer and session player;
bulletEclectic collector of specialty drums.

In his own words:

'Once in a "Battle of the Bands" it was mentioned to me that "Hey
Kid..... If you can't play Wipe Out, you may as well hang up your
sticks." So after proceeding to whittle and dowel some broken hockey sticks into my first pair of drum sticks, I began driving my parents,
teachers and relatives batty with my relentless pounding, tapping and
banging on anything and everything in sight. It wasn't until I started
playing on the shell of the family turtle that my mother gave in and
bought for me my first used snare drum. What a beauty it was. It was
round with chrome plated sparkling hardware and a dirtied and dented
drum head. It proudly bore the Insignia of the drum manufacturer on an
oval plate .. 'Stewart Drum Manufacturing Company.. Made in Japan '. But best
of all, it was wrapped in a glorious gray pearl finish........just like
RINGO'S........  and the rest is --------.'

"Passionate for Playing, Playing for Pleasure --in the best band in the whole
world, 4 Gig -- and Drumming for God as I thank Him for the wonderful gift He
has bestowed upon me."
Peter ( aka Ringo )

 John "Dr. Soul"

                                                                                                   The rly Years:
My earliest musical influences are easily traced back to my unhealthy
obsession with Abba collectibles.   There was nowhere to go from
there...'nuff said.

The Later Years:
Seeing Mama Mia cured me of my Abbaitis.  Luckily, a combination of Ebay
& a few slightly used Björn action figures provided me with just enough
startup cash to finance a new and mysterious musical instrument... The
double bass. This instrument is very large, and, (I don't have to tell
you), musical instruments are sold by the yard  (in Canada, by the
metre).
To me, 4-Gig is more than just a 4 with a dash between the Gig part. [By
the way, dash-ing became necessary 1) because we have so many gigs we
have to dash to be there on time - get it? And 2) The 4Gig.com domain
name was taken.]   4-Gig is a musical journey where perfectly fine tunes
from a bygone era are turned upside down so that they are barely
recognizable... because we can.

Where'd Dr. Soul come from you ask?   I have a PHD in soulology, but am
not a medical doctor.

Andrew "Winger"

Andy (a.k.a Jimi), grew up in Montreal listening to the great guitar Gods of his day such as Page, Clapton and others.  "At fourteen years of age the guitar was my passion. I saw Elvis playing guitar on TV and thought he was the coolest looking guy and he always seemed to have all the girls! My techniques for learning to play guitar were simple... it meant mainly playing along with record LP's and trying to duplicate songs and solo's note for note. If I could re-create the lead guitar solo for Stairway To Heaven... I knew I could master anything. Now at forty, guitar playing is much more fulfilling and the challenges seem to be overcome much easier. Over the last 26 years of guitar playing I have enjoyed writing & recording original songs as a hobby pastime.  As well,  I have also enjoyed playing a variety of styles of music such as rock, jazz, blues and even Christian pop music.  And lastly I have recently truly enjoyed playing music with many great talented people and hope to continue my passion of guitar playing with 4-Gig".
